A New Blog
Hello everyone! I'm Tim, and I'm currently a TTRPG GM and world-builder. I've loved creating worlds for a long time now, and have been doing so for my regular TTRPG group for several years. Over that time, I've built up a collection of things that I thought it might be fun to publish, along with some tips and tricks, homebrew rules, and other bits and pieces that it might be time to share with the world!
I mainly will publish content from the worlds I create - hopefully some of it might inspire something for your worlds and stories, or can be used as-is in your games and adventures!
I'm very new to publishing stuff publicly - only a handful of people have seen these worlds so far - so forgive me if it is a bit rough in places or it takes me a while to get going! It's very scary to finally publish these creations publicly, but if it helps or inspires even one other person then that would be amazing - I've been inspired by so many other world-builders over the years so it's great to be giving something back, however small or badly formed...
A few points to note before I begin in earnest:
- This world is currently being explored by the players in an ongoing D&D campaign, so I won't publish anything they haven't discovered yet as I wouldn't want to spoil it for them if they stumble upon this site!
- I'll try to categorise posts as to the type of content they are - I haven't really thought this through and will probably make it up as I go, but I expect there to be categories for world content, rules and homebrew, tips, and other thoughts/musings.
- I make no promises on the regularity of this content - I'm aiming for one post every couple of weeks in the new year, but we'll see how it goes.
